• Indefinite to Remain Applications- £900 - £1200
• Citizenship Applications - £850 - £1200
• Citizenship applications for reconsideration - £600
• Tier 1 Entrepreneur and Investors Application- £2,250
• Tier 2 Sponsorship Licence Application - £2,250
• Tier 2 General Visa and Minister of Religion applications - £900
• Tier 4 General Visa in-country/Entry Clearance Applications - £900
• Leave Outside the Immigration Rules Applications- £1,200
• Long Residence Applications - £1,200 - £1500

• Discretionary/Humanitarian/Asylum Applications - £1,000- £2000

• Advising in respect of Disciplinary , Investigatory Related Matter- £300
• Liaising with ACAS on your behalf - £350-£750
• Preparation and filling of ET1- £500
• ET3 Response - £600
• Preparation of Schedule of Loss-£350
• Preparing and Attending A preliminary Hearing - £500
• Preparation of and going through witness Statements- £400 - £900
• Working /Agreeing on list of issues , preparing Chronology - £400
• Preparing Skeleton Arguments- £500 - £1,000
• Instructing Counsel - £350
• Representing You in Court at the hearing at £600 to £1000 per each hearing day. Exact amount would be a function of time put in the preparation based on bundle size. If Counsel is instructed you would be informed and you agree of the cost before engagement.

• Divorce/Dissolution of Marriage /Civil Partnership (Uncontested) - £600

• Representation at Court- £400 - £750 per hearing (Excluding travel cost)

Other matters would be billed on our hourly rates as follows:
o Principal Solicitor - £250 per hour
o Solicitors of 10 years post call - £250 per hour
o Other Solicitors- £150 per hour
o Trainees , Paralegals and Legal Consultants - £120 per hour
In most cases , you would have an idea of indicative cost before we commence our retainer with you

Other matters would be billed on our hourly rates as follows:

o Solicitors of 10 years post call - £250 per hour
o Other Solicitors- £150 per hour
o Trainees , Paralegals and Legal Consultants - £120 per hour

This would be at £500 - £800 per day of hearing ( Including cost of preparation) – Where counsel is to be engaged , you would be informed of the cost before engagement.
